AcStag – application update 29.06.2023

We have updated the AcStag application, adding new functionality and codes for engines supported by the STAG 400 DPI controller.

The following changes have been made in the AcStag-0.54.11.11450 setup compared to the AcStag-0.53.6.11300 version:

Firmware 4.1.9

    • We have added a new option “Block injection to disabled cylinder” (available in the advanced tab)
      New engine codes:
      • Subaru FA24F (2.4)’ (supported by STAG-400.6 DPI Model A1 controller)
      • ‘Ford NANO (2.7 EcoBoost) (>2018r)’ (supported by STAG-400.6 DPI A2 ‘EcoTec3’ controller)
      • ‘GM LGX (3.6)’ (supported by the STAG-400.6 DPI A2 ‘EcoTec3’ controller)
      • ‘JLR AJ133 (5.0)’ (supported by the STAG-400.8 DPI A1 controller)

In addition to the addition of entirely new codes and assembly annexes, some of the previous items have changed. What has changed?

– Added guidelines and pictures regarding how to connect the ground of the 400DPI and FPI controller.
939A.000_(3,2_JTS) – Corrected fuel pressure connection pin number error (was Pin 10, and should be Pin 8).
A20NHT(LDK)(2,0T_ECU_DELCO) – Changing the rotation connection from coil to camshaft PIN33
– Addendum of information that when you select “GMC pressure test support” and choose “Standard”, you need to set the “Lower limit of pressure emulation”.
A20NFT(LHU)(2,0T_ECU_DELCO) – Addendum of information that when you select “GMC pressure test support” and choose “Standard”, you need to set the “Lower limit of pressure emulation”.
B20NHT(LTG)(2,0T_ECU_DELCO) -Rename the appendix to “Appendix_B20NHT(LTG)(2.0T_ECU_DELCO_Buick)”.
– Adding numbering of injector connection order.
– Changed RPM connection from coil to camshaft PIN33 (gray C connector).
– Replaced photo and corrected error in the description of the ignition switch connection (there was a 10A fuse, and it should be 20A).
G4KH(2,0_TGDI) – -Corrected error with the description of the reducer (it was R02 250HP, and should be R01 250HP).
G4LD(1,4_T-GDI_GPF) – Corrected error in the pin number of the rotation connection (was Pin 22, and should be Pin 24).
M5M_450(1.6_TCe) – Corrected photo of ECU view (pin numbers did not correspond with mounting data in tables).
N20B20A(2.0_xDrive) – Standardizing the type of injectors on 031 STD (135kW version with 2.3mm nozzle, and 180kW version with 2.5mm nozzle).
N55B30(3.0_T) -Adding information that it is allowed to install in cars equipped with MEVD 172/6 controller and above (production from 04.2012). Do not install on cars with the older MEVD 172 controller (production until 04.2012).
